Shipping, Collection & Returns
Every Fireforge piece is fabricated to order in our Kya Sands workshop. Here's exactly what to expect from deposit to delivery.
Braais and larger builds: 6–8 weeks from confirmed deposit and design sign-off.
Accessories and smaller items: 2–3 weeks.
Lead times are estimates based on current workshop capacity — we'll confirm a firmer date once your build is scheduled, and keep you posted if anything shifts.
