The Signature Mechanism

A single, weighted crank drives the grills through their full travel — millimetre by millimetre, from a gentle finishing warmth to an aggressive Argentinian sear. No notches to fight, no levers to wrestle. Just deliberate, machined control over the heat.
Every gear is laser-cut from solid stainless and runs on sealed bearings — the same tolerances Elemetal Design holds in industrial fabrication. Forged once, it lasts a lifetime.

Every Fireforge braai begins on the floor of Elemetal Design — our parent fabricator and the laser-cutting heritage behind the F-honeycomb motif. We cut, fold and weld 304 and 316 marine-grade stainless in-house, to tolerances that don't forgive shortcuts.
No outsourced panels. No mild steel hiding under paint. Just precision metalwork that takes the heat of a thousand fires and stays exactly as true as the day it left the workshop.
